Pooja Shrestha

Nationality: Nepali

Pooja Shrestha was an intern at the International Secretariat. She is a data scientist with experience in data science and visualisation tools. Pooja’s role was to support the Data team in exploring how the EITI can best leverage EITI data and new features on the new website. In addition, she was working on conceptualising and developing a pilot project aiming to accelerate systematic disclosure and other thematic priorities.

Pooja holds a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Østfold University College, a Master's degree in Universal Design from Oslo Metropolitan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computing from Islington College in Nepal.

Pooja speaks Nepali, Hindi, English and Norwegian. Her interests include visiting new places and trying new dishes.
